Perfect weather, wonderful group to travel with, great leaders (10+), fantastic accommodations, just the right amount of scheduled sights, planned stretch breaks to and from, good choices for restaurants. Great trip.

Well organized. GOOD group leaders! The water was much appreciated. Parts of Charleston were not included. For example, the tour group never got to see the waterfront, Rainbow Row and King St. My third time to Charleston, so I know what the group missed. The Hyatt Place was unacceptable. On Thursday, my room was flooded. Water in the bathroom (toilet paper was dripping wet) all carpet soaked, bed was soaked, etc. The hotel didn't bother to let me know. It was only when I went to the front desk I found out I had to change rooms. I ask the woman at the front desk "when was I going to find out?" "Well ... DON'T ASK ME!!!!!". Tea Garden, cruise and Okra Grill were the best. Other than that, too, too, too much fast food. It's also not acceptable to get back so late. The staff at Aging and Family Services is fantastic!

We had a great time, a lot of wonderful people. A good group to travel with.

A very enjoyable trip. All staff I encountered in scheduling and preparing for trip were courteous and helpful. Our trip guides, Scott and Krystal Mallery, were great and added to the enjoyment of the trip! The Diamond Tours bus driver, Keith, was an excellent bus driver! The trip included most of the best sites to see in Charleston, however, would like to have seen the famous Boone Hall Plantation instead of the McCloud Plantation. Was also disappointed in not being able to see the waterfront “Rainbow Row.” The Fairfield Inn was good with a great complimentary breakfast. Would not recommend Hyatt Place: breakfast was good but housekeeping staff was not and elevator and other areas of the facility were in need of repair. Otherwise the trip was excellent and highly recommend it!

The tour was good overall, but the Charleston city tour was too long as I saw several street intersections 3 or 4 times. However the bus was very nice and Keith the driver excellent. Our trip hosts Scott and Krystal we very friendly and the three of them were very accommodating to our needs.
